Chapter Delegates
At District Convention, each Chapter will have a delegate to represent them throughout the event. A delegate is a member from your Chapter who will vote according to the Chapter's opinion on the matters at hand whether it is moving to accept various reports or electing the next District Council. To be a delegate, you should be present throughout the entire convention. If your Chapter is unable to stay for the entire convention, you may choose another Chapter in the District to proxy for, or represent, your Chapter throughout convention.
If your Chapter will not be attending the 2024 NED Convention, you may select other Chapters that you would like to represent you as a proxy.
Please answer all of the questions in the form below, even if no one from your Chapter is attending District Convention.

Committee Chairs
The responsibilities of a Committee Chair are to guide discussion and provide information to the Committee delegates and participating members. During Convention you will present the report of your committee in front of the delegation. All Committee Chairs will receive an information packet that explains what charges they must address and advice on familiarizing yourself with the information, leading a committee, writing the Committee report, and presenting it to the delegation. There will also be a virtual meeting before District Convention with the committee Advisors to help prepare.
